Job Description: Business Growth Champion

Role:

The Kast Agency is on the hunt for a dynamic and driven Business Growth Champion to lead our sales efforts. This role is all about building relationships, driving revenue, and helping businesses achieve their goals through our strategic marketing solutions. As our Business Growth Champion, you’ll be the face of The Kast Agency, attending networking events, executing cold outreach, and nurturing relationships to close deals that directly contribute to our mission of elevating businesses’ impact. You’ll collaborate closely with our creative team to craft personalized pitches and ensure seamless client onboarding, all while growing our presence in the Michigan market and beyond.

Responsibilities

As our Business Growth Champion, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Networking: Actively attend and engage in local events to build and expand our network of potential clients.
  • Cold Outreach: Conduct cold outreach through calls, emails, and social media to generate new leads and business opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Nurture and maintain relationships with prospects and clients, guiding them through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the creative team to develop personalized pitches and marketing strategies tailored to each client’s goals and needs.
  • Client Onboarding: Ensure a smooth handoff from sales to the service team, maintaining clear communication and setting up clients for success.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales goals, contributing to the overall growth and success of The Kast Agency.
  • Market Expansion: Focus on growing our presence in the Michigan and midwest market, establishing The Kast Agency as a leader in the region.
  • Reporting: Regularly update the CRM with leads, contacts, and progress, and report on sales activities and outcomes to the leadership team.

  • Performance Metrics: Achieve high levels of outreach effectiveness, including response rates, follow-up success, and conversion rates.
  • Sales Efficiency: Optimize the sales process to improve the speed and efficiency of closing deals, ensuring all client interactions are impactful and productive.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure clients feel supported and valued throughout their journey, contributing to high retention and satisfaction rates.

Requirements

  • Proven Sales Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in marketing or related fields.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients and team members.
  • Networking Savvy: Strong networking skills with a proven track record of generating and nurturing leads.
  • Creative and Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute creative sales strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, computers, smart devices, Google Suite, and other sales tools; training on our specific CRM will be provided.
  • Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a focus on contributing to team success.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and take initiative in driving sales efforts.
  • Reliable Transportation & Clean Driving Record: Must have a reliable means of transportation and a clean driving record for attending networking events and client meetings.

Salary

$40,000 plus 5% residual commissions

Earning potential = $100,000+
